This cross-company program helps you internalise your leadership role and apply the basic principles of clear leadership. This allows you to gather and internalise valuable experience on your path to becoming a leader. ​

This cross-company leadership program is free of charge for participants.  Key data:
  • Small group of 8-12 participants
  • 3-month program with a mix of training, coaching, peer group work, and individual work
  • Location: 2 training days in Munich, other program components online
  • Language: German or English (depending on the group of participants)​​​

The Leadership Program at a glance

Trainings
Bring your most pressing leadership questions with you - and work on them directly. Over two days of training, you will refine your leadership role and goals and practice core competencies for clear leadership in scaleups.  
Tasks
After each training, you will immediately put what you have learned into practice. To do this, you will engage in direct communication with your management and team.
Close Circle Meetings
Together with a small peer group, you will work on practical leadership topics after each training session and conduct collegial consultations.
1:1 Coaching
Your individual leadership topics are the focus of confidential 1:1 coaching. 

Contents of the training modules

1st Training
  • Opportunities/challenges of leadership in scaleups: opportunities and risks of good leadership, common scaleup developments, growth opportunities and paradoxes
  • My leadership mission: gaining clarity about my role, recognising my on scope for action
  • My profile: assessing my current position: strengths, inner drivers, and behavioral tendencies, development needs/specific goals for my own leadership work 
2nd Training
  • Creating clarity: Setting goals, prioritising, deciding, communicating
  • Empowering: Building trust, handing over responsibility, delegating, empowering, developing, giving feedback
  • Shaping: Intervening and influencing at the organizational, cultural, team, employee, and AI levels
  • Reflection based on practical cases / Setting goals for your own leadership work​

About your coach

I am Sylvia Djerboua, a problem solver and people & organisation expert with years of experience in startups, scaleups, and other companies: as an internal employee, interim head of HR, trainer, leadership coach, sparring partner, strategist, and trusted advisor.

My mission is to support startups and scaleups during critical phases—regardless of whether growth and investment or stability and profitability are the top priority.

The leadership program lasts approximately 3 months. ​
How much time does the Leadership Program require?
The Leadership Program includes two days of in-person training in Munich and one online coaching session. In addition, individuals tasks will be completed after each training day (requiring approximately one day of time investment in total) and close circle meetings (online or in person) are held. ​
